Responsibilities:
Project managed the delivery of 4 new e-commerce enabled websites for Brown Brothers / Innocent Bystander / Tamar Ridge & Devil’s Corner. Responsibilities covered everything from UX, content, analytics, SEO etc.
Managing digital agency relationships across web based UX improvements (Emote Digital) and paid media (DentsuX)
Establishing and optimising paid search/social campaigns to support cellar door visitation and site based experiences i.e. King Valley Ballooning Festival, Weddings in Milawa etc.
Managing 1x social media coordinator to ensure content plans were developed and executed across Brown Brothers / Devil’s Corner & Tamar Ridge brands.
Working with brand managers to ensure ATL campaigns were integrated into owned digital assets.

Responsibilities:
Managing digital acquisition & budgets across the key channels of SEM, SEO, display, paid social & affiliates to meet aggressive CPA targets across CFS and Coles Online.
Manage agency relationships at OMD and Signal to ensure external stakeholders delivered best practise direct response campaigns.
Manage creative agency relationships to ensure digital campaign assets are created and integrated with broader campaign messaging.
Creating A/B and multivariate test plans with the channel team to improve online conversion rates across all key paid media channels.
Responsible for the creation and execution of the SEM/SEO strategy and advising the broader business of best practise search marketing strategies.

Identified and setup the first cross-sell campaign that targets Coles Online consumers when they search for credit cards in Google. This initiative lowered our CPA by 25%.
Improved credit card conversion rates by 30% across SEM and affiliates with the use of channel specific dedicated landing pages.
Managed the Coles wide transition from Sizmek ad server to DoubleClick when Coles moved from UM to OMD in July 2016.

Ensuring total client satisfaction across the entire range of performance media channels offered by OMD.
Direct management of two Search Managers and two Search Executives across 20 clients to deliver performance marketing campaigns aligned to the clients overall communications strategy.

Managing publisher relationships with Google, Yahoo and Bing to ensure consistently high service levels were maintained.
